The Justina Mutale Foundation for Leadership aims to empower every woman – women in business; women in politics; women in civil society; women in science and technology; women professionals; women in the corporate industry; women in the fashion and entertainment industry; and women in all other walks of life.
The Foundation provides empowerment tools and suitable training in effective leadership skills and connects women to global power networks of movers and shakers. The Foundation also provides a platform for women to exchange leadership experiences and share best practices of effective leadership in their various fields of interest and expertise.
The Foundation’s Global Forum on Women Leadership and Change provides a global space for women and girls to exchange their knowledge, experiences, ideas, hopes and aspirations. The Global Forum offers a golden opportunity for women’s empowerment by opening women’s minds to new possibilities and opportunities that make women great leaders in the 21st century.

WORLD SUMMIT ON WOMEN AND GIRLS
In 2016, we launched the Annual World Summit on Women to commemorate the United Nations International Day of the Girl. This Summit is not just another conference – it is a mission for women and girls to move from outrage to the courage to rise up and raise our voices to reclaim our human rights and reassert our leadership potential in the Digital Age. The Summit incorporates the Justina Mutale Foundation Iconic Female Leadership Awards, which recognises and celebrates female world leaders and their male allies that champion female leadership and the empowerment of women at girls through their work, support and encouragement.
